Beautiful Villa, very stylish. Great for family or group of friends.

5 of 5
We had a great stay at the villa. The villa is extremely private even though it is within the eco resort. All bedrooms very comfortable and the facilities are excellent. The resort is spotlessly clean and has all the amenities needed. For families or group of friends. Beach is a 5 minute walk and again spotlessly clean.staff at the resort are very friendly and the team at Getaway collection made the stay easy- helping us navigate the area, organise boat trips and source baby sitters. They provided a first class experience for our group. We will definitely be back.

Stunning appartment, really quiet resort, beach walks to die for

5 of 5
This is a huge and really lovely appartment. We travelled with a sulky teen and an energetic 7 year old and there was enough space to keep them separate when necessary and also enjoy a bit of peace. We went out of season (last week in May) and the place is dead. I don’t think it gets busy at the best of times (a handful of places to eat) but that means we had the stunning beach to ourselves and we couldn’t have asked for more peace and quiet. The flat gets cleaned every couple of days, you will find essential toiletries there, and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Except (unfortunately there is always an exception) for the decorating work taking place in a flat very close to ours between 7.30 and 9 in the morning, 2 our of the 5 days we stayed. I accept this was an unfortunate coincidence, but did it really have to be that early?... A piece of advice: make sure you do your homework. We didn’t, and at 2am, after a hugely delayed flight and with nobody around town, it was tricky to find the place. The reception is not where the flat is, although close, so it can get very confusing. Also, the ferry from Satubal, which if you’re travelling from Lisbon will save you a lot of journey time, stops overnight, so you have to take the long way down. All in all, a beautiful place, offering great value, access to some gorgeous spots and all you can really ask for in a relaxing getaway.
