Rural Idyll

5 of 5
We had a lovely stay at Rachel's property. The garden is beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed the swimming pool, table tennis and badminton and had a super stay. The property is less than 10 minutes drive from various beaches and you can walk to the local beach. There are various towns of interest nearby. Thank you very much- I would definitely recommend. Spacious, comfortable apartment in great location. We loved it.

The apartment is bigger and better than it looks from the photos. The property has nice individual touches from the owners. The aim for the owners is to continue to improve the property but it's current status was part of its charm for us. It's a place we would hope to come back too. It is in a great location and Caminha is a fantastic place with plenty of good restaurant's and bars. It's a good looking town. The beach is very good on both the river and Atlantic side. The views around the Minho are stunning and it is a great base to explore Northern Portugal and Galicia in Spain. We had a car but that would not be necessary as the train station has good connections. Fernanda was a great host and the extras she provided were very appreciated.
