  • Casa do Burrinho is a stunning property in an idyllic peaceful location
    4 of 5

Even though Casa do Burrinho is in the middle of nowhere, my satnav lead me directly to the house with no problems. The house is larger and nicer than the photos. It was very clean and kitted with every think you need. The kitchen has everything including an electric citrus juicer and dishwasher. The house has plenty of towels and is well stocked with toilet roll and hand soap. The front and back outside areas are very pretty with plenty of chairs and sun loungers. Warning the swimming pool is ice cold even in the afternoon, but very clean (pool guy comes twice a week). My only criticism about the property is the bad Wi-Fi. The house uses a mobile router but has to be located at the very top of the house to get any signal, phone signal is also poor. The rental agency was very helpful leading up to and during our stay, would definitely recommend this property.

  • A nice place

We had a really nice week in this lovely cottage which is tastefully furnished and well equipped, from a hair dryer to a kettle and a coffe maker, a microwave, a washing machine and everything you need. It enjoyed pretty views over the hills and is so quiet. Our dog loved it also and the villagers were very friendly. There is a café in the village with a little shop where you can buy everything g except meat. If you like walking in the hills, this is a perfect place for you.
