Lovely vacation in Italy

4 of 5
Spent two weeks this summer in Italy with family - it was unforgetable time, very quite and private place, villa is a great from design and comfort points of view. Good swimming pool and outside area. Owners are nice family and very friendly and hospital. Only one minus - little bit far from beach and infrastructure (shops, malls), but if you are looking for countryside vacation it's definetely positive.

An absolutely wonderful property

5 of 5
I do not normally write reviews but felt compelled to do so after our stay at the farmhouse. After our rental house was damaged in the Earthquake on 24/8/2016 we had to find somewhere to stay for the second week of our holidays. Luckily, this farmhouse was available for this week. After contacting Chris, the owner, he was very helpful in ensuring the property was made ready a day earlier than planned. This was great as we had to move into a hotel in the interim. Arriving at the property, you are immediately struck by the wonderful views. The property is impressively presented and the photographs on the website do not do it justice. The house will easily accommodate eight people and is well equipped inside. The pool is a good size for games & swimming. We wish we had been there for the two weeks and would definitely consider returning. Highly recommended!

Just as good as we remembered

5 of 5
We had our second stay at the beautiful Casa Carlotta this summer. Read the description about the property and just dream yourself there. It is as good as it says. We love the design and spaciousness of the house and large garden. It has everything you could wish for and the pool is perfect. It is beautifully maintained and it is easy to summon help or advice if you need it. The nearby towns and villages are each delightful and interesting in their own right. Cingoli Lake and a drive south to Ascoli and Loreto or north to Urbino were well worth the drive. Fields of sunflowers, vines and golden corn bathed in daylong sunshine added the enjoyment of outdoor eating and total relaxation. We have already booked for a third stay, hoping more of our family get a chance to join us this time.
