Lovely place to stay

4 of 5
This is a great place, spotlessly clean and reasonably well equipped. The owners are friendly and the views are stunning except for an ugly bard built in front of the property that ruins it a bit. It is lower down the hill though so you can see over it. There was only two of us so we had enough space though I would imagine it would be crowded with the maximum number of 7. There are only 2 comfortable chairs downstairs so we used the settee and chairs in the upstairs mezzanine as our living area in the evening. The owners run a small restaurant at the side of their house which serves simple, fantastic food. It's only open Monday to Friday so if you arrive on a Saturday I'd suggest stopping off in a town on the way there for supplies. The pool was clean and large and there are several living areas in the garden for you to follow the sun during the day.

Beautiful, spacious, air conditioned Tuscan villa

5 of 5
The property was as beautiful as the pictures and even more spacious inside -- the main house is very large and the other two cottages are very nice as well (one more kid oriented, the other more luxurious and great for a couple) the bedrooms and bathrooms are all very beautifully finished with a luxurious feel and lots of storage space and other extras. The kitchen and common areas have everything you would want in a holiday home, the pool was warm and sunny with a great view and a great size for either swimming laps or kids playing. The grounds were big enough for the kids (aged 6-8) to run around and play. Service was great as was the night with the chef. The air conditioning worked well and a great benefit. We had only 2 families (could easily fit more) but chose to pay the supplement for one extra bed as we wanted the 3 kids all together in one room /cottage and that was the only way to get that arrangement. The perfect place for a holiday/vacation in Italy.
