Excellent Holiday Apartment

4 of 5
We had a wonderful time in this lovely apartment. It is very much bigger than the description indicates. There are beautiful views from the top balcony of the apartment and a really big balcony area on the 1st floor of the apartment. The apartment is a 3rd floor apartment but is serviced with a lift and the apartment complex is very quiet. There is plenty of parking on the main road outside the complex. The beach is 10mins walk through the small town of Santa Marinella which was a lovely calm holiday town. There are plenty of restaurants in the town, although with a 4 year old we didnt get the enjoy but there are a selection of other casual eateries. There was also a great ice cream shop 5 mins walk from the apartment and on the way back from the beach. The kitchen is fully fitted so we did cook in the apartment, there are plenty of small supermarkets in and around the town, good butcher and a few deli type shops. We caught the train into Rome which is so easy, there is a ticket machine in the station so no need to pre book tickets. All in all we would recommend Santa Marinella for a beach holiday as long as you are not looking for a party holiday. We would definitely recommend this apartment, One thing that would have made the apartment better would be more comfortable chairs/ couch for the living room.

Marina Di San Nicola is just a wonderful place !! Piura - a wonderful hostess, very responsive and friendly. The apartment is very large, clean, well located, but a bit noisy (because there are trains nearby). I really recommend this apartment for recreation! The apartment is suitable for a large family or a large company. Many thanks to Piara for everything!
