june in san vincenzo

4 of 5
enjoyed it very much, the apartment was comfortable and central, (had wifi but very slow.) Elettra was very helpful the beaches in the town were expensive for beds and parasols and though they were blue flag the water there was a bit soupy with weed and organic matter, the beach beyond the marina though was lovely and once past the hotel beaches , it was unspoilt we took a ferry to elba from Piombino and can recommend the restaurant teatro and the lovely clear waters on the opposite side of the island a walking distance 100 metres from the port of portaferraio we ate at mum and dads and no 1 in san vincenzo both had very good food despite their names
