Casa delle Mure provided us with very comfortable and spacious accommodation and all our needs (including a very welcome cool box!) for a fantastic holiday in medieval San Ginesio. The mountain views from the windows set in the town walls and from the terrace, were spectacular. After long days out exploring the area, we were happy to return "home" to San Ginesio, wander a few steps to the Central Piazza, buy a delicious ice cream and walk to the Park to view the mountains. We were fortunate to be provided with evening entertainment during the Palio by drumming parades, jousting and video mapping of the beautiful Collegiate Church. Friendly locals served us in the grocery shops, butchers and greengrocers. We are still missing the gentle hum of life of the Piazza and would love to return. There is so much more to see.

Carotondo is a quiet, beautiful, comfortable cottage, with a wonderful garden and magnificent view. We came this year for the 4th time and it will not be the last. Close to the Monti Sibillini (ideal for hiking) and nice villages, like Sarnano and San Ginesio. A lot of incredible restaurants around for reasonable prices
