Overall: The caretaker was fantastic upon our arrival! He provided an excellent tour and answered all of our questions. The villa exceeded my expectations and I have already recommended it to several of my friends. Enjoyed Most: Every bedroom had its own sitting room and bathroom. And lots of space for all of us to hang out and not be on top of each other. Enjoyed Least: Not really a complaint, but the dryer took forever to dry. Surrounding Area: Very serene and peaceful. Also, our group can get quite loud, especially with wine, so it was great not to have anyone super close by. ) Nearby Events or Locales: San Gimignano. Technically it was in walking distance (about 2 miles away), but very hilly, so we didn't walk. Tips or Restaurants: Great restaurants in San Gimignano and Cesani winery in Volterra - wine tasting at Podere Marcampo and dinner at Ristorante Enoteca 'Del Duca'. Directions: We used GPS so it was super easy. Check In Out: It was efficient and excellent!

We had a wonderful experience in San Gimignano. The charming studio is in a 13th century stone tower centrally located, overlooking the Piazza del Duomo. Our hostess Gulia was very nice and took care of everything we needed. She even left us some wine and local goodies the well-equipped kitchen.
