Simply wonderful

5 of 5
The flat is just like on the photos. It's clean, beautiful and has everything we needed for our stay. There were four of us staying and you could probably easily fit two more. the second floor and generally spacious flat meant that we weren't in each other's way. Vania was a wonderful host making us feel very welcome. When there is snow you can ski down to the lift that takes you to Plan Maison and then onto Zermatt. We had to walk down about 10 minutes as when we visited the weather was unusually warm and the snow melted. The village is also under 10 minute walk and downhill. Everything is close but because of the way Cervinia is built (lacking pedestrian connections), it takes longer to get to places than you would expect. The views from the flat are stunning and it was nice to be close enough to the village, yet quiet. We loved Cervinia and the flat. We will definitely be back.

Simple, clean and conveniently located.

5 of 5
The apartment was very small, but it had all we needed. The kitchen was well equipped with the necessary utensils to make simple meals. The bathroom (shower only) had a towel drier and floor heating, which made it easy to dry ski boots, mittens and hats. There was no internet, but the apartment had a TV. Downstairs from the apartment, there is a convenience store, a ski rental/ski ticket/sports goods store and two restaurants. From this area (or from the apartment, with a little climbing) it is possible to get directly onto red ski run/piste 16. From piste 16, you can traverse to the start of gondolas A or B, which go up to Plan Maison, or (probably more legitimate) ski all the way down to the bottom of 16, take off the skis and walk about 100 m to the same gondolas. Right outside the apartment, the Cieloalto G two-seater chair lift will also take you up to black runs 21 & 22, which again connect with piste 16, and leads you back to the apartment complex. To get to the apartment by car, you drive up the hill from the center of Breuil-Cervinia. Bring snow chains in winter. There is limited parking by the road, right outside the apartment complex, and more parking spots all the way up the hill. The apartment manager, Mr Neri, was helpful and accommodating, and spoke excellent English (we unfortunately do not speak Italian). All in all, if you are not looking for the Ritz, but a simple, convenient place, we warmly recommend this apartment.

Perfect in every way

5 of 5
The description was accurate and the apartment was perfect for us. We chose to visit this ski area mainly because of this apartment. Sounded too good to be true, but it was really that perfect. We parked our rental van right in the back and never needed it again. We were in walking distance of the ski rental shop, the lifts, many restaurants and bars. Even the grocery market was right there. Could not have been more perfect. The apartment was new, clean with a well stocked kitchen. The owner provided great customer service and the manager (Manuella) was kind enough to meet us when we arrived to show us the apartment and where to park. You have to make reservations at LoBistro (downstairs in the cafe) and Oysteria. Both wonderful restaurants. Would love to go back and stay here in Champoluc again.
