  • Great holiday in a fantastic house
    5 of 5

Our family stayed here for two weeks in September 2018 and had a fantastic time. The villa is in a rural location, surrounded by olive groves and a few other properties. It's great place to relax. There's a great supermarket a short drive away and it's also close to Lucca, where we spent a lot of time. Inside, the house was spotlessly clean and had great space for a family holiday. The two double bedrooms are really spacious and the smaller bedroom is perfect for kids. The weather was very hot when we were there so we were thankful of AC in all bedrooms. Outside, there's a lovely garden that is secure (fence, lockable gates) so it's great for kids to play in. Also, there are two great areas for alfresco dining. The host, Stefania, was extremely helpful and was always on hand via whatsapp to answer any questions or help with arrangements in the local area. We'd love to come back.

  • Perfect location in a beautiful stylish home

Such a great place to stay and enjoy the small medieval town of Lucca. Close enough to explore Pisa, Florence and Cinque Terre away from the crowds. Renata helped us from the moment we arrived at the nearby train station by picking up our bags. She had a delicious lemon cake waiting for us. Her recommendations were fantastic for pizza nearby and maybe the best meal we had on our whole Italy trip at Celide for seafood - so delicious. We also booked a fun cooking evening just outside of town. Fantastic hosts in a beautiful place. Thank you!
