A place to go back every year !

5 of 5
The house is perfectly located in the heart or Tuscany, in a very calm spot overlooking a beautiful view. The spacious bedrooms are distant from each other and very comfortable for 5 couples . (One couple didnt like the mattress and Mariacristina had it changed immediately). The Bathrooms are spacious elegant and modern. The kitchen is well equiped and we enjoyed some cooking and grilling outside. We chosed this place from the pictures and were surprised to find reality better. Our group of 10 people enjoyed the space and choice of places in and around the house. Nothing negative to say, we had a great time and will come back. thank you Mariacristina.

Wonderful stay at il Granaio

5 of 5
We stayed in this lovely part of Umbria for two weeks last August. Francesco was a gracious host. Always willing to help but equally gave us space to get on and enjoy our holiday. The property and grounds are spacious, with lovely views of the Umbrian hills. The swimming pool was amazing with views that couldn't be beaten. The location was ideal as it was within easy distance of towns like Perugia and Assisi to name but two and we had some lovely trips to more local towns and hill top villages. Local facilities were good with Tavernelle only a 15 minute drive away and a nice Monday morning market (and great ice creams). We'd certainly recommend this property and the local area. A real taste of Umbria.
