Charming 2-bedroom apartment

5 of 5
Set high up in the hills of Conegliano, this old-town apartment is convenient to local shopping and yet very quiet and private. It overlooks the new town. We were there for five days and found much to do locally but I would suggest that you need a car for sightseeing and wine tasting. Parking was easy and free but distant. The car can however be brought to the door to load and unload. By the way, Italy’s narrow cars are ideal for these roads. Lulu, a sweet friendly little dog, and her owner, 7-year-old Leonardo, visited us daily and entertained us. Local shops are fine for the necessities but I recommend EATS food store and bistro; it’s quite a walk but doable unless you succumb to all the great things to buy (as we did!) and it has free customer parking underground. Margherita was very helpful about what to do, such as ideas for restaurants, markets etc. And took the time to book a restaurant for us! The restaurant she recommended in Costa was wonderful and has an amazing view! One word of caution: we found the window screens inadequate (particularly the bedroom ones) and ended up buying bug spray! But that was an easy fix. All in all, we can’t wait to come back! Thank you very much for a great stay!

A wonderful property

4 of 5
We went with a small theater group for the rehearsals to our next play in Corbanese. The property is 100% suitable for this purpose. The mix between rehersals and relaxing by the pool and enjoying the outdoor area was perfect for us. The landlords live right next door, but that did not bother us either. Unfortunately, there are three small criticisms: The furnishing of the kitchens is to be improved More comfortable armchairs in the outdoor area would be synonymous Better description of the journey would be possible But this is criticism on a very high level! We were completely satisfied with our week and can recommend this property!
