A very relaxing, enjoyable two weeks in beautiful surroundings with fabulous views.

We rented an apartment/villa for two weeks in May. We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived and made to feel that nothing was too much trouble. During our stay we were treated to home made cake, home grown lettice and cherries. Our apartment had two excellent sized double bedrooms which were very comfortable with crisp white linen. The kitchen/living area was also large and well enough equiped for a holiday let. The apartment/villa we stayed in had two very large tri-folding doors which can be fully opened into a good sized private use garden area with outside table and chairs. The pool and pool area is well maintained and clean and has beautiful views over the surrounding area. The small complex is within easy reach of Florence, Arezzo and the Chianti region with no end of pretty places to visit and have a glass, or two, of Chianti Classico or indeed freshly squeezed fruit juice. As mentioned in previous reviews the access road, which it has to be said is typical of this part of Tuscany, whilst on the whole in good condition is very winding, narrow and quite steep in places, but once you get used to it and have driven up and down it a couple of times gets a little easier and in no way detracts from the joy and beauty of the place itself.
