We had a wonderful time. Rosy was friendly and welcoming but not intrusive. Apartment was cool we used the fans. We didn't cook but that is because you are spoilt for choice in florence especially with the proximity to the market with all the food stalls in the communal restaurant. Very quiet. Would live to go again. Heath, Liz, finlay age 10 and Jocelyn age 7 from Gibraltar.
