Review for stay from 03 May 2018 to 07 May 2018

5 of 5
"A fantastic holiday! The Villa is in an absolutely stunning setting. As you drive up, away from other houses and main roads, you are led towards two beautiful houses. (Important to note the villa is right next to another house - we were a big group of friends and tried to limit noise after midnight!) The grounds are gated and there is ample space for 2-4 cars to be parked. The walk up to the house leads you to the beautiful garden which has lots of different seating areas and places to look at the breath taking views. We found it magical. The pool is brilliant, deep and a good size. It was still a cold in early May. Inside, the house is stylish and very well presented. There was more than enough space for us (group of 12). We stayed in early May and the evenings got cold - we could have done with a few more blankets and recommend guests request these prior to arriving if staying in colder months. I would also recommend brining your own pool towel as there is one bath towel per person but no additional. We drove to Vicchio and had a nice lunch one afternoon - a variety of restaurants close by. There is also a Great 6km running route - turn let at the bottom of the house road, keep turning left until you get home :). Finally, if you want wood for the pizza oven and bbq, we bought this directly from a local. It was much cheaper and worth doing. Overall a brilliant trip and we would go again!"
