We had the lovliest holiday here

5 of 5
We had a really lovely holiday here - everything about it we loved - the house was great - a bit small for 5 but we spent most of the time out doors so it did not matter - the pool was lovely and what we loved most was that we did not hear any English spoken while we were there - the houses were occupied by Italians and Germans - mostly older couples so we had the pool to ourselves for the most part and it was a good size pool. The shop and Lake are walking distance - the port/harbour also walking distance but a bit farther. You would need a car there as the village centre is a good bit away. Marco was really helpful - nothing seemed to be a problem - we had a small problem with the washing machine and the air conditioning but he sorted it quickly for us. Salo was really nice to visit - only 20 minutes by car - also Sirmione. We also visited Verona - only one hour away. Would definitely recommend the area as not at all touristy or built up - seems to be an area for Italians and Germans to come on holidays - there were no touristy shops or high rise buildings. The kids loved jumping from the pier in the lake - it was also very quiet at night if that is what you like - wich suited us.

Memorable visit to Lake Garda!

5 of 5
We found this accommodation to be far beyond our expectations! It was spotlessly clean and well-stocked to meet our needs. It is a very spacious villa and could certainly accommodate more than our family of four. The pool was a welcome addition in the heat, though more for cooling down than for exercise. The villa is in an ideal location on the west side of Lake Garda, with easy access to nearby beaches. It is about 10km from the picturesque, lakeside town of Salo (well worth a visit!) and approximately 1 hour drive away from Verona. Diego ( manager) and Mr. Pietro (owner) were very welcoming and attentive throughout our visit. They also gave us recommendations of places to visit. This was our first visit to Lake Garda and certainly a memorable one.
