Truly special place to stay

5 of 5
We love Italy and have visited many times, but Le Marche & Casa Cappella has been the best by far! Casa Cappella is just beautiful with all the facilities you could want and more. Lona and Gavin were exceptional hosts, extremely helpful and welcoming ... providing all the local infomation and an incredible welcome basket, figs will never taste the same again!! We are already planning our next trip! Thank you for a truly special week N & W xx

Lovely house. Beautiful views

4 of 5
The house is just lovely; the marble staircase; the Capel; the pool room etc. As we were there in the summer and it was unusually hot we didn't use the inside of the house much, but the common areas were lovely. We were 18 people and we were very comfortable. There was never any complaints about the noise that 18 people can make at night and cooking for that many was manageable. The master bedroom with the silk cover walls, large ensuite (sadly lacking a shower - it had a Jacuzzi bath with shower handle) and walk-in closet was just gorgeous. Not all bedrooms had air conditioning (top floor), but those that didn't had fans. The air conditioning units were extremely noisy so you couldn't keep them on through the night. Normally we wouldn't need a/c on at night, but as mentioned, it was unusually hot when we were there. Overall it was a WONDERFUL holiday. We absolutely loved the views from this property. Waking up and having your coffee while looking out over the hills is just everything you think it should be. Suggestions were given as to places to visit in the area. There were plenty, and we were delighted what we saw. Areas for improvement: Some of the equipment is getting quite tired and we struggled to get somethings to work properly ... the BBQ, treadmill, microwave, fan, shower heads, cooker/hob, property gates. There were those in our group that felt it fell a little short of luxury on the small things, but overall a beautiful place and I would recommend it.
