Lido di Camaiore Holiday Apartments & Villas (300+)

Great location property was as described.

5 of 5
The area is superb, extremely quiet and secure. It has all the facilities we required. My only suggestion for Gianluca the very helpful and always available owner would be to provide a guide to all the nearby facilities such as the excellent deli 350mtres away which served just about everything to the very big supermarket a mere 1.5 km away. We were a family of three generations and we all had a great holiday. Many thanks Gianluca.

Pleasant apartment in great location

4 of 5
A well located apartment, very central just off the Lido di Camaiore promenade, with numerous balconies to enjoy the view. Generally well equipped and clean apartment, kitchen area a little cramped but otherwise quite spacious. Beach close by, mostly private beach areas where you have to pay to use the facilities, although there was a passage to the sea almost directly opposite the apartment and also a small public beach area a short walk away - perfect for trips to the sea with young children towards the end of the day. Just a short walk from nice restaurants and a handful of shops. The area was very quiet on arrival, but got very busy towards the end of the week as the high season started. Parking could be an issue during high season, we managed to pay for a permit for several days parking on the promenade and did manage to find a space when required nearby. The parking at the actual apartment is not really suitable if you are coming and going - a number of cars can be parked from the apartment building so useful for unloading but you have to block people in or get blocked in yourself if parking for any length of time. The twin room at the front of the apartment did suffer a little with road/promenade noise at night. Otherwise the bedrooms were quite comfortable with plenty of wardrobe/drawer space. Overall we had a great stay and liked the apartment, communication from Fabio was generally good and prompt thoughout the enquiry and booking process. Thanks also to Laura for welcoming us and being our apartment contact whilst in Italy. More welcome information/address details/directions to the apartment in the week prior to arrival would have been appreciated, it was not all that easy programming the Sat Nav on the hire car whilst getting used to the Italian postcode/address system!
