Lovely accommodation of a high standard. Good size swimming pool. The couple who own the property are very friendly and despite the language problems they were wonderful hosts

  • Lovely villa

We loved our stay at this villa with our four children. The eldest boy, at 17 years old, had his own basement flat which he thought was great. The rest of us spread out across the top floor with a lot of space and our room had both the beach view balcony and garden/pool balcony. The owner was there to welcome us and the communication was good. We had contact by text throughout the week. The location felt safe and had the added security of a gated road, gated garden and very secure shutters. The beach was very popular and was busy throughout the day, and quiet during the evening. We were able to walk along the beach to the local restaurants for lunch, and then for an evening meal - using torches to walk back. There was shade to eat lunch in the garden during the day and there was an amazing sunset view when dining on the beach balcony. The location was only a 1 hour drive from the Fiumicino Airport - you'll need a sat nav! The nearest train station was Padiglione about 15 mins drive away. All trains were €3 for a single ticket and you could get to Roma Termini in 45 mins, then Metro between 10-30 mins around Rome. It took between 3-4 hours to drive with stops to get to Pompei, and well worth it. The pool was enjoyed by all. Highly recommended villa.
