  • Fabulous apartment

Back bedrooms both lovely and quiet for sleeping. All bedrooms great. Bins get tempted on the front road bedrooms but you get there everywhere in Rome anyway – it can't be avoided! Rooms are nice and dark for sleeping with good quality shutters and air-conditioning in every room with separate controllers. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely spacious dining room/lounge/open kitchen. Really unusual to get such a spacious apartment in Rome. Everyone who visited was envious of our find! Elizabetta was extremely accommodating and couldn't do enough for us in terms of arranging for multiple transfers in and out as we were all arriving and leaving at different times. Would definitely rebook Caroline

  • Nice villa with lovely pool area

Lovely spacious villa with great pool and gardens. A little more tired than the pictures portray. Needs a little TLC: broken door screens, closet drawers etc, and AC in the single bedroom doesn’t work. The downstairs bedroom is very hot too, AC would be a definite and necessary improvement. The fan down there also did not work and no hot water in downstairs shower but plenty of bathrooms elsewhere in the property. Another villa being built next door which you can see from the lovely patio, but didn’t give too much noise. A short drive to the train station makes it easy to get into Rome and there are good supermarkets nearby. Our group of 9 enjoyed meals on the patio cooked on the BBQ and in the modern kitchen. Loredana is super friendly and helpful too. All things considered this is a nice property to visit.
