  • Has the WOW factor.

Julietta is a lovely lady and nothing was too much trouble for her. She kept in touch but was never intrusive. Local people are so friendly and the shop at the bottom of the road is great. We parked the car and didn’t use it apart from a trip to Salerno as driving and parking on the Amalfi Coast is not easy and the buses are frequent, air conditioned, clean and cheap. Bit of a walk up to the villa but the walk is well worth it ( particularly as Julietta arranges porters to take your cases up and down) as the villa is beyond stunning. It’s a location to die for and no photo can ever do the view justice. The villa and the Granny flat are wonderful. Pristine and have everything you could ever want for including brilliant air conditioning. Wonderful holiday and thank you Julietta. Your villa is very special.

  • A lovely Little apartment in the quiet and beautiful Conca Dei Marini

This little apartment is situated in the beautiful and tranquil area of Conca dei Marini along Italy's gorgeous Amalfi coast. Your hosts Elana and Stani are nothing short of perfect. Me and my girlfriend got the train from Florence to Salerno and then a bus on to Amalfi where Stani picked us up and brought us to the apartment. If you have been to the Amalfi coast before then you will know that the roads at times are crazy! especially on a large bus, Elena and Stani however offer pick ups from both Amalfi and Salaerno. They are warm kind and will bend over backwards for you to make your stay smooth, enjoyable and fun! I would recommend the pickup if you have not been to this part of the coast before. Stani will give you a tour of your surroundings, pointing out local hotspots and places of interest in Conca. His local knowledge is second to none. The apartment itsself is fully air conditioned and set in a picturesque location on the cliffs, roughly 3 km from Amalfi town center. If you've been to this part of Italy before you will know that to get around involves a lot of walking upstairs. To get from the road at the Santa Rosa hotel ( A Michelin star restaurant), to the apartment is about 100 steps, A bit of a pain if you have luggage but believe me it is worth it for the view! The apartment also has its own private roof terrace with stunning views across to Amalfi. There are also sun beds where you can sit with a lovely glass of local red or a beer and soak up the sun. Inside the apartment there is a small kitchen, we didn't use this for cooking but it would be possible to cook your own meals here, however the local restaurants in the area are so good and reasonably priced that I wouldn't want to cook! I Highly recommend Le Bonta' Del Capo where the Pizza is excellent and about 5-8 euros depending on what you go for. There is also a wide range of pasta and seafood dishes available which are beautiful. The bed room is located up stairs, the bed was comfy and clean and the bedrooms has its own aircon which is great for the hot summer nights. The bathroom was lovely and clean with a powerful shower and all the essentials including a hairdryer and iron. Stani and Elena are always on hand to help if required. Note the local beach is down the bottom of the cliffs, it is possible to walk too but we found it easier to get the shuttle bus which costs 1 euro. The bus stop is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. We will defiantly be Back!
