Charming villa in a quiet location close to some stunning beaches

5 of 5
Betty was a great host and took a lot of care and attention to make sure we were settled on and was always on hand to answer any questions or give advice. The villa itself is exactly like the photos, the garden and terrace are beautifully kept and well equipped for eating and relaxing outdoors. Location wise it is a short (less than 10min drive to all of the stunning chia beaches) and the nearest town, Pula, is about a 20 minute drive. The villa is in a quiet reseidebtial location with lovely views over the countryside but you do need a car to get to shops, bars, restaurants as there is not much within walking distance and the roads are poorly lit at night. Sorcia thanks to Betty for her hospitality!

A lovely holiday

5 of 5
We had a great holiday at Antonio and Lia's homely villa in beautiful Chia. The pretty property is relatively small but very comfortable and well equipped. The layout is particularly suited to two couples or a family of four, both bedrooms having separate bathrooms and placed at either end of the central kitchen/lounge. The bedrooms open out onto a sheltered terrace looking out over Chia's lagoon, towards Its five lovely beaches and the sea beyond. The nearest beach is a 15/20 minute walk and all are just a few minutes drive by car. The scenery and coves on the the coast road north are spectacular, whilst the colourful and historic capital of Cagliari is just an hour away. Nearby Nora's fascinating ancient ruined city is well worth a tour. If the property has a downside to mention (or should we say up!) it's the 70+ steps up from the road ... fine if you are fit and healthy and have a cold beer waiting in the fridge. Information and communication from Antonio was excellent throughout and he promptly answered and resolved any minor issues.
