Molto Good

4 of 5
We arrived lathe at night. Even though it was mid-night, Salvatore's father came to meet us ( on his scooter) in the small square of St. Ambrogio to guide us up the hillside to the villa. The apartment is clean and tidy and there are tremendous views from the terrace. The villa is set in large grounds with olive trees and the sound of bird song is all around. It is an ideal situation if you prefer peace and quiet. There is a little restaurant and bar in the small village of Saint Ambrogio below and plenty of bars/restaurants in Cefalu which is only twenty minutes away by car. You do need a car if you stay here.

Modern, well-appointed apartment with stunning view

5 of 5
we spent a week at the apartment and were very impressed with everything. Underfloor heating, powerful showers, good kitchen, Sky tv, fantastic balcony with an incomparable view of the countryside and La Rocca with Cefalú old and new city below. The apartment is set in a gated villa and is very secure. Set up a steep mountain road a car is essential and it's a short 10 minute trip into Cefalú centre. Lovely pool and a number of roof terraces, loungers and tables to sit and relax in the sunshine or under the canopy of stars. Marjolein lives on site and was very welcoming and helpful.
