Fantastic villa in a great location

5 of 5
We were two families of 4 each (8 total) with 4 adults and children aged 16-18 staying for one week in July/August. The villa is huge with ample space for all of us. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was very necessary as the temperature hit 43 degrees! The swimming pool and barbeque/pizza oven were the best things - the pool is simply amazing! It's huge and very well maintained and the pizza oven and barbeque became the centre of our evenings. Mario the gardener was there to greet us when we arrived and was regularly at the property doing his gardening and was always friendly and checking we were ok. The cat is part of the furniture and we almost took her home with us. Flavia's communication was excellent throughout. Lastly, the villa is remotely located so lovely and quiet but it's only a 10 minute drive to the supermarket, but you do need a car when you stay at Villa Anna. We had a fantastic week and will definitely be back. Thanks Flavia for letting us stay at you beautiful villa x

Fabulous villa and pool with stunning views of the lake.

5 of 5
Both myself and husband had an extremely relaxing week in Bracciano. The villa provided an excellent base to visit the local village, relax by the lake or visit the tourist attractions of Rome. The villa had everything you could ask for and the pool was a great way to cool down in the hottest part of the day. The views from the poolside of the lake are exceptional. Bracciano is not at all touristy, which is nice with fab restaurants and bars. We didn't find it expensive as a two course meal with prosecco cost 29 euros. We visited Bracciano castle where Tom Cruise got married. It has a railway station with excellent links to Rome for approximately 5 euros return. Thanks to Fiore for her help and advice during our stay. Fiore has 3 dogs, who are extremely friendly and well behaved.
