  • Comfortable apartment with stunning views in a quiet area

We thoroughly enjoyed our fortnight’s stay in the apartment in the first half of September 2018. It is spacious, airy and comfortably furnished. It is situated on a slope overlooking the rooftops of the old town with views to the mountains beyond. It has a wide balcony where you can while away time admiring the views and, as daylight disappears, watch Fabriano lighting up against the backdrop of the silhouetted mountains beyond. The apartment is within a quiet, modern residential area which has a mix of apartment blocks and individual houses. The buildings are generously spaced and to scale which adds to the peaceful atmosphere. Particular mention must be made of Mario who looks after the apartment. He cannot do enough to help you and he does it with such an easy charm. Thank you Laura and thank you Mario.

What a wonderful property, set in the rolling fields and woodlands of rural Marche with a real feel of rural Italy. Every window has a view and every view brings calm and peace. The house has a lovely atmosphere whether inside or out, enhanced by traditional materials and features. The pool, so ably maintained by the affable Tony & Lesley, was our saviour when the mercury hit 39, the waters cooling everything off with a smile, along with a G&T or two. Cupramontana is the local town, providing excellent opportunities for shopping, dining or having a beer and watching the world go by as you throw a peanut or two down. If you get a chance, get out on those backroads especially over Urbino way, where you will find castles, palaces, churches & cathedrals. It is a wonderful holiday when 2 weeks is simply not enough.
