The accommodation is everything that is needed for a relaxing holiday - home from home. We sat each evening on the balcony and admired the magnificent views. There is a garden area with BBQ which our children enjoyed. The villa is amazingly clean, spacious and comfortable. Fabulous location, close to bus stop, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the nearby hikes and visiting the sites (Amalfi, Herculaneum, Vesuvius etc) We would definitely recommend this villa.

  • Aalbamagica Exceeded my expectations for Comfort and Views !

When I arrived here for the first day, I was travel weary and was not looking forward to climbing the stairs. But I was pleasantly surprised they were not as daunting as I expected. They’re are five sets cut up with some walkways and each set except the last two are easy to climb, keep in mind your in the mountain,in Amalfi. You will be climbing lots of stairs on your trip. The last set, I will say is made for giants , and became over my two weeks in this little oasis the fun challenge at the end of the climb. I highly suggest you have someone to carry your luggage. My private driver did this for me. The pictures do not give true justice to the beauty of this quaint beautiful property, I was pleased to see the security gate that is only accessible to the rentors of this home. The lighting on stairs is very good when travelling in the evening. I was in the sunrise, the top level of albamagica for two weeks. I was looking for peace and tranquillity and the views. I was not disappointed at all. The views are spectacular and I could sit for hours which I did many times, morning, afternoon, evening and never tire of it. Giovanna the landlord is very sweet and extremely helpful, anytime and for Any enquiring for local schedules, travel and tips. Parking can be arranged for 15 euro a day for a private garage , they will pick you up with your car at the stairs and also will, pick you up at the bottom of mountain if you choose to leave your vehicle with them. Which I highly suggest. Driving in Amalfi is dangerous. Period. And finding parking throughout Amalfi coast is near to impossible and extremely expensive. Just park your car and leave it, The home is everything the pictures show. The bedroom is large with more storage space than anyone needs. The bed is a North American queen size. Very comfortable and there were two pull out cots cleverly designed into what looks like a bureau. The patio over the bedroom is a stunning way to wake up to the sunrise every morning, which is I believe where the name came from. When I was home the patio doors stayed open all the time , the breeze was incredible on warm days. The kitchen is well equipped as is the bathroom. The walk into the village is 5 minutes, 10 to get to the market. And that is with stopping continuously to look at the 360 degree views. It’s a 20 minute walk to bottom of main road to catch the bus to Positano/Amalfi ! Make sure to check out De Nino’s trattoria! I will most assuredly be back! 5 STAR
