Great location to stay for a family holiday...

4 of 5
First I would like to take this opportunity to thank Margaret for her fantastic hospitality. The first thing we noticed was that amazing view, just wow. Outstanding sea views and a great location for exploring the beautiful Cork coastline. Roscarbery is a lovely little town with a well stocked local shop and great pubs and restaurants. Ronan's bar was our favourite for the hospitality and the food. The colourful Clonakilty is just a short drive away and has supermarkets, shops and restaurants in abundance. The coast is just amazing each corner is a new opportunity for exploration and for making memories. The property is more than adequate for the price we paid to stay for a week. It has all the modern appliances required for a self catering holiday. The only criticism I have is that some of the furnishings may be a little tired but I feel that is reflected in the pricing and did not affect our overall stay in any way. Overall our stay here was wonderful and I would definitely return with my family. Thank you

This was our second visit to this property. The house is well equipped with everything you could want. Certainly home from home. The key holder contacted us before we travelled to confirm where everything was and to pre-warn us about roadworks that were taking place in the area so that we could take an alternative route. The house meant that everyone could wander into town when they wanted. The house is within walking distance of Bantry town. The games room is well equip and kept the teenagers, and adults in our group entertained! Well appointed and spacious. Big thanks to Richard, Pat and Mary! We are sure to be back again and would certainly recommend this property as an ideal family base for visiting Bantry and the surrounding areas. Helen, Seb, Chris, TIm & family
