Lovely Bungalow

4 of 5
It was a very spacious property with 4 double bedrooms and plenty of rooms for relaxing after a day out. Ideally placed for touring the parts of Ireland we wanted to see and within easy reach of Dublin itself. One of the drawbacks we found was that the oven was not reliable, temperature wise, and there were a couple of occasions when we wanted to eat in. We had to wait for a couple of hours for the pizza to cook! George, the Manager, was there to meet us with coffee and soda bread which was most welcome after our journey. He was informative about the area and places worth a visit. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would recommend this Bungalow and area to our friends.

A haven of peace and tranquility - dog friendly too!

5 of 5
Beautiful cottage decorated and equipped to an exceptionally high standard. It was a privilege to stay here and a real bonus that Jeanne allows dogs (by request). The cottage is well situated to explore the Wicklow Mountains, Wexford, the coast and Kilkenny. The local village of Rathdrum has everything you need. Total relaxation guaranteed! One tiny thing to note if you have teenagers/wifi addicts. There is wifi but it's not fast. All part of the relaxation vibe!
