Wonderful stay at the Joshua cottage :)

5 of 5
We had the most amazing weekend in Wicklow! The Wicklow mountains are wonderful & Glendalough is not to be missed! The Joshua Cottage is the perfect base for exploring...we had the warmest welcome from Sylvia who met us in the neighbouring village. The cottage is charming, cosy, clean & tidy & beautifully decorated. We will definitely be back. Thank you Pam & Sylvia :)

Comfortable stay in a marvellous landscape

4 of 5
Daffodil Cottage is one of a few completely renovated cottages formerly used as stalls. At the farm you find a lot of horses and dogs. The owners Kieran and Jane were very friendly and helpful. Usually we took our breakfast in the garden in front of our cottage, with a wide view over the horse paddocks and Wicklow Mountains. The Tinahely location is ideal for exploring Eastern Ireland. We spend a day at Wicklow Mountains and rested at the Powerscourt waterfall, Glendalough and the Upper Lake nearby. Another daytrip took us to New Ross (Dunbrody Famine Ship, Kennedy Homestead) at to the Hook Head light tower. It takes you 90 minutes to get to Dublin by car (80km). The cottage is fully equipped. We felt very comfortable with the cottage. Thanks for being your guests Peter & family

Super Property for our Family

5 of 5
We really loved the property. We have two small children and the house was perfect for us all, separate rooms for the two little ones, so peace and quiet for the parents. The house is ideally located just off the motorway between Arklow and Wicklow, this means there is plenty to do in the area, not to mention it is only a short walk to the beach. Everything you could possibly need can be found in the property and it even has a BBQ and Patio Heater for those long summer days. You can also find a football pitch, volleyball court and tennis courts on the site. We look forward to going back again and we would definitely recommend it to our friends.
