I would rate this 4.5 stars, but that's not possible. This villa is beautiful---two large identical bedrooms with a small center room--and great outdoor spaces, including a large roof deck and lovely pool, The host is as wonderful and helpful as you could ever ask---she set us up with a driver, scooters and a boat trip to the Gilis, at the "post-bargaining" cost. Breakfast is delivered to the roof deck. Some important points. You will need local transportation to get anywhere you might want to go---and you will want to get to town for food and (more on this later) to a decent beach. You should have earplugs if you do not want to be awakened or bothered by the Mullahs singing over a loudspeaker in town. The area beaches look lovely, but most are filthy. Exceptions are in front of resorts and "palm beach," which is about 2 Km south (same bay as the Living Asia resort). This beach is stunning, the water is clean and the waves are fun. You can also go to the beach on the spit of land that is just north of where the boats go to the the Gilis (at the golf course). All beaches are public and you can find access points to get to those cared for by resorts.
