Lovely house and excellent location

5 of 5
We had a great 2 week stay at the house. The property itself is very comfortable and is very well presented. The bedrooms were all a good size and beds comfortable. The garden was a great size for the kids to play in and we enjoyed using the bbq. Being able to lock the gate meant that the kids were not able to wander round the front. The location of the property was even better than we had thought. The village of Ittervoort is very nice and kid friendly. There are a couple of play parks that are easy walking/cycling distance from the property. Cycling felt really safe and we felt confident letting our 4 yr old cycle around. There is also a supermarket that is 5 minutes walk from the house and cafe for ice cream just a little further on. The property is a 5 minute drive from the motorway. This gives easy access to a number of big cities and tourist attractions. We never travelled for more than 45 minutes and we visited a variety of places such as Eindhoven, Valkenburg, Maastricht, Gaia zoo and Drielandenpunt to name a few. Bert and Jacqueline the owners of the property were very nice to deal with and were very helpful.
