My husband and I spent 12 days in this lovely, clean and well equipped beach house. Everything you could want in the house from kitchen accessories to towels. A request of beach towels was a good call and very much used, they are such a heavy item to travel with when restricted luggage is adhered to. Very close to quiet beach Sunny Paradise with a beach bar and sunloungers, you can hear the waves lapping on the beach. Owner was very nice and helpful in the run up and during our stay. We used the garden almost every day and the little cool pool was great. Lovely garden furniture. The house is situated on the very edge of Kyparissia, a lovely town with lots of cafes, a few restaurants - the ones near the beach front we found the best. Very relaxing stay in a lovley part of Greece. We hired a car, which was useful. The one and only downside was neighbouring dogs barking during the night. Tip: make sure if you sre staying for more than a week, book a clean/sheet change - we didn't realise this was extra, wasn't very clear on HomeAway site Thanks for a lovely stay.

Our experience of Villa Kitrini was just as all the other reviewers describe – a wonderfully serene and relaxing house to spend a fortnight, thoughtfully prepared by the owners to suit our particular needs and interests during our stay. We were a family group of 12 across three generations and the villa provided everything we could have wished for, with so much space, so many games and the terrific scenery. We spent hours sitting on the shady terrace reading, doing the crossword, eating and drinking while gazing across miles of countryside and coastline. When we did venture out we enjoyed the Neda Falls, the old town of Kyparissia, a variety of beaches including the splendid Voidolkilia beach and the night walk to see the turtles at Kalo Nero. We found Armeni, a 10-15 minute walk down the hill, a very pleasant village, with a nice bakery for morning bread and a very welcoming taverna. We ate there one evening and were promptly invited to return for the Okra festival a few nights later, an event not to be missed if you are there at the right time!
