Great place to stay. Loads of space, very pleasant, obliging owner, great local facilities.

5 of 5
We stayed as a family of 4 (kids both 11), in late July / early August, and it was great. The apartment is spacious, (as was the garden and parking etc), and the balconies both front and back were lovely in the morning and evening as a shelter from the hot sun. Our hosts were lovely, and cleaned the place and provided fresh towels every few days. And we had fresh home grown grapes every few days too. Brilliant. And the oranges had just started to come into season. The apartment itself is fairly basic, with some basic cooking facilities and a fridge. Not a problem for us as we ate out every night in the fantastic local restaurants. There are 10 - 15 of them clustered around a square about 5 mins walk away. The food in any of them is very good indeed, and cheap (compared to the UK). Criticisms? Could have done with a bit more crockery for breakfast (bowls were at a premium), and we had a last minute panic about finding the place - a confirmatory email and instructions on how to find it, and keys etc would have been helpful. These minor points though got lost in the overall experience. Thank you very much.

Stunning villa in peaceful surroundings with great customer service.

We are 2 families (3 adults & 4 teens) who booked this 3 bed villa (Anna's Villa) for a 1 week stay in August 2017. At the time of booking the villa was only available for 6 of the 7 nights that we wanted so Angelina kindly offered us the 4 bed villa next door for our final night (Villa Charize). When we arrived, Angelina told us the larger villa had become available and allowed us to stay there, at no extra cost, for our whole stay. Both of the detached villas were brand new and tastefully decorated - there is also a 3rd villa which we didn't get the chance to look in but looks almost identical. Our villa was clean and well-stocked on arrival with items such as hand soap, dish tabs, washing-up liquid, salt/pepper, bread, milk..and a bottle of raki. The beds were comfortable with lots of wardrobe space, each with its own ensuite. There is also powerful air-con in each bedroom and living area, which was certainly appreciated during our stay. We didn't make too much use of the TV but it had plenty of English channels and Netflix etc if the teens wanted to chill with a film of an evening and Wifi was also of adequate speed for our needs. The pool area was very comfortable with bean-bag type sun loungers and equally comfortable chairs. Being high up meant there was a lovely breeze to cool the hot days and the garden was full of tasty rosemary and others herbs that we added to our meals. A few minutes walk away from the villa is a waterpark which we visited and had a great day out (the owners provide discount cards for each person in the villa so access to the park costs just 15 Euro each). Even though the water park is close you wouldn't know it is there during your stay....you can't see it from the villa (it's behind a hill) and there isn't any noise. Kokkini Hani with it's beaches, restaurants & shops is worth a visit and only 10 min drive. One of the main things we loved about our stay was how friendly, accommodating & professional the owners & staff were. Nothing was too much trouble & they really did all they could to make our stay so memorable (it was my daughter's 13th birthday and on the day they kindly brought around a bottle of prosecco and a delicious chocolate cake from the local patisserie & even offered to order and pickup food for us from a local restaurant). We can highly recommend these villas for a relaxing stay in a peaceful location and you will be well looked-after. Thanks Angelina! x
