Amazing property in stunning location

5 of 5
We travelled here as a group for a wedding. The property was amazing to say the least. It catered for kids and adults. Well equipt, we had a small problem with the pool and the owner had it sorted out very quickly. It is located in a very quite village so a car is important. If you are looking for a quite relaxing private place this is the property for you. Thank you Stephanie!!

Wonderful Holiday!

5 of 5
We had the most wonderful holiday at this beautiful house. We rent holiday homes in the south of France every year and feel like this year we managed to get pretty close to perfection. The house is incredibly well equipped and instantly feels like a 'home away from home'. The really comfortable beds (even the kids ones!), the provision of massive pool towels, the kitchen with everything you could need, the tasteful decor and wonderful floors. The beautiful heated pool, the courtyard, the quirky angled exterior, the list goes on and on. Not having to stock up on boring essentials like loo roll and dishwasher tabs, olive oil and condiments. The peace and quiet! The cleanliness of the house (spotless), the quality bathrooms, did I mention the comfortable beds?! The trips to Carcasonne, Minerve, Narbonne etc, the pizza at Rive Gauche and being so well looked after by Nancy. For the first week we were two adults and one child, although the house felt large it was still homely. In the second week we were five adults and three children, at no point did we feel cramped, there was plenty of space for all of us. The village itself is charming, it is small and pretty with a very useful little shop attached to a small bar. The bar provides tapas in the evening and although we didn't go ourselves it always looked busy. Five minutes away by car is a brilliant little supermarket attached to the garage in Homps - it really does have pretty much everything you could need and absolutely the best fruit and vegetables of all the local supermarkets. Every message we sent to Martin and Alison was replied to swiftly and all contact we had was pleasant, informative and efficient. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house to anyone and we very much hope to return in the future.
