The main square, Placette de la Route, is completely timeless, the whole thing nestled in the shade of a huge plane tree, which has stood for centuries. There are countless cobbled alleys and streets to investigate, hiding more shaded squares, charming outdoor restaurants and ancient, gurgling fountains, which combine to ensure that you are always relaxed, and never feel hurried during your holiday. Among the most endearing sites to discover from a Seillans property are the Saracen Door, 11th century chapel and the ancient feudal castle.

Fantastic Villa very well equipped.

5 of 5
We visited this area for the second time this year and it is now a firm favourite. So close to all the amenities without the worry of the traffic. Great restaurants nearby and the Lake is a must for the youngsters - great water sports without the sand! Very well equipped villa so entertaining both inside or outside in the summer kitchen is very easy and relaxing.

** Total Perfection **

5 of 5
This was our second visit to this villa as we had enjoyed the first trip so much, so decided this time to use it to its full potential. We came mob handed ( 3 generations of our family) and it was absolutely perfect. As my wife and I had young twin babies at the time, we decided to take over the 2 bedroom apartment. This was ideal for us, as we did not want to disturb the rest of the family with any crying in the night, plus we also took advantage of having our own kitchen that we could take over with babies bottles and equipment. The rest of the family used up the 5 bedrooms in the main house it was just perfect. At no point did we ever feel under each others feet, in fact it was the opposite, there was just plenty of space for everyone. The daytimes would be spent around the pool area, which was totally secure for the children, plenty of sun beds and also a lovely shaded chill out area, where the young ones could have an afternoon nap and the adults could sample the local rose wine. Evenings were just as great around the other side of the villa. Family members would be playing petanque (boules) or table tennis, whilst others prepared the BBQ around the stunning 14 seat outdoor dining table. The villa really does have everything you could possibly want and easily accommodates 3 families. The local village of Seillans is absolutely stunning and is a must visit. I would also strongly recommend the 2 local vinyards just a 10 minute walk up the road, to purchase your wine (after some serious tasting first) and some incredible local Michelin star restaurants. Will definitely be returning next year !
