An enjoyable stay in a nicely presented property

4 of 5
The property was located a 10 minute walk from a pretty village with bakery. The adjacent 'D' road was a little noisy at times, as it ran quite close to the property. The property was well equipped and furnished and fitted out to a good standard. It had its own outside grassed area with table and chairs plus an attractive seating area with cushions and low drinks table. The shared pool area was well appointed with loungers etc. The owners were very friendly, on hand on our arrival and offered recommendations on local attractions. We particularly enjoyed visiting the nearby towns Brantome and Perigeux, the museum at Lascaux and canoeing along the L'isere. We also explored the local area on road bikes - stopping at numerous attractive villages. I would recommend this property to friends/relatives.
