Secluded, comfortable house.

We loved this house! It was comfortable and very well equipped with a brand new bathroom and an excellent shower. We kept the shutters closed so the house was always cool even when it was 35 outside. It was totally secluded and there were masses of lovely butterflies and a never ending cicada chorus! The house was close to Ruoms and several other attractive villages were within easy driving distance. The only downside was that you needed to use the car to reach shops, cafes etc and also get to the river for a cooling dip. Ideal for a couple - (not so sure about the upstairs accessed by a ladder). We had a relaxing fortnight in this super little house and would hope to return one day to this beautiful part of France.

A modern, clean, bright and airy property right in the heart of the Ardeche region and ideally placed to explore it. Easy to find with the owners living just a few minutes away and a handy pizza restaurant just up the road and Vallon a couple of miles away with numerous restaurants.
