The previous reviews do this delightful, spacious apartment justice. Jean-Luc was a real gentlemen from start to finish and extremely helpful. Everything you need is within a stones throw of the apartment . There is a regular bus service (No 6 from the Castilli) to the beautiful beach at Canet which became an almost daily routine. They even ran half hourly on a Sunday. The air con in the apartment was appreciated after enduring the 39 degree temperatures during the break. We loved the vibe of Perpignan and enjoyed seeing how the city change daily depending on what was going on. There were some parts of the city I would not like to go to at night, but then that is the same wherever you go. We hope to visit again Jean-Luc and thank you for your hospitality. If you stay in this apartment I hope you be as entertained by the neighbours cats as we were. Jane and Damian, East Sussex, UK

Due to the train strikes we arrived late in the night but Claudie came and collected us from the station which was really kind. She is very helpful with local information and it was reassuring to have someone like that around. The flat was clean and comfortable and we could have had a barbecue if the weather has been better. The kitchen was well equipped and the shower was great, torrents of hot water. The location is very useful for getting to and from the station and only a short walk to the centre. We had a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and good takeaway pizza nearby. The garden is reasonably private and quiet and we enjoyed relaxing with a beer in the evening sun. We had a good holiday marred only by the French train strike.
