This is a really nice little property, convenient for essential shops & close to the pleasant beach. The only downside is the lack of a garden and consequently a BBQ and no parking on site. A public car park is within easy reach. M Leroy is most pleasant and very helpful. We all enjoyed our stay there.

Walking distance to the small town, which has amongst other shops: a small supermarket, boulongerie, tourist office and plenty of restaurants and eateries. We particularly enjoyed Le Bain des Mots; a café style restaurant overlooking the beach, where you sit surrounded by books. The Canadian Juno Beach museum was excellent; as was the Memorial Museum, Caen; the Pegasus Bridge museum and Arromanches. The house has everything you need for a comfortable holiday, just be sure to pack your sheets and duvet covers, be prepared to squash the square pillows into our UK rectangular cases! Alternatively you can hire bedding. If the weather is chilly there is ample electric heating.
