6 of us (3 couples) stayed here earlier this year and we were all equally wowed by this beautiful home and grounds. Over the last 30 years we have all rented villas in various European and Asian countries, either with our families or on our own and we all agreed that this was the most beautiful and luxuriously equipped villa any of us had ever encountered. So many thoughtful little touches that can’t really be conveyed on the website. To start the holiday smoothly by being met and shown around upon arrival is a great bonus and saves so much precious holiday time. As well as being the most relaxing and gorgeous home to stay (we really felt like we were living in our dream home) it’s so well located – St Paul de Vence, Grasse, Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Valbonne and their associated markets and of course Roquefort-Les-Pins itself. My husband and I are going back later this year which has prompted me to finally write this review, I’m replaying our time there and just can’t wait to get back. This time we’re going with my parents – the beautiful self-contained ground floor apartment will be just perfect for my parents, with the advantage of internal access to the rest of the house. An extra bonus for us is that payment is taken in sterling not euros.

                              A gem!

My family and I recently spent two weeks at the villa and we were delighted with it. It is bright, immaculate and private. We were 6 adults and each couple had privacy as all three bedrooms are on separate floors. The kitchen was very well stocked and the bbq was literally steps away from the kitchen. The property and pool area were impeccable. Lastly, the location is ideal for sightseeing - just minutes from the A8 and 15 minutes from Nice Airport. The villa simply exceeded our expectations. Michele was so helpful and responded so quickly to our queries. Carmela - you made us feel so welcomed. We'll be back! Thank you!

                              Superb apartment, great location.

We had a wonderful two weeks in this apartment. Anne the owner was very welcoming and helpful but discreet throughout our stay. The apartment was very tastefully decorated and comfortable, with high quality equipment and a well-stocked kitchen area. The garden was beautiful with plenty of seating/dining space on the decking which was immediately accessible from the apartment. The pool area, although shared with the owner, (we had it to ourselves for two weeks), is discreetly hidden by trees from the main house so very private. Great location for visiting the French Riviera but lovely to come back to tranquillity at the end of a busy day. Would thoroughly recommend.
