Charming house in a lovely setting

5 of 5
This is a lovely place to stay. The owner, Philippe, is very helpful, and there were lots of things in the kitchen that it's normally a pain to buy just for a week (olive oil, garlic, etc). The pool was always quiet and my children enjoyed paddling in the river at the end of the garden. The jacuzzi is a big plus, as is the hammock for lazing by the river. Loads to do with children nearby as well.

Beautiful house in fantastic grounds

5 of 5
My family and I stayed at this wonderful house. The house is well equipped and was set up for all our needs. The bedrooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The garden and pool was an absolute dream especially for our three children who loved exploring the hidden hideaways in the grounds as well as the swings and slides. On one occasion they loved picking some tomatoes from the garden. The pool was very safe for our young children as had alarm. We enjoyed many evenings dining outside in the beautiful surroundings. The forest is on the doorstep which is great for walks and the two local viliages had fantastic boulangeries and food shopping. Jerome and his family were so welcoming and went out of their way to help us. Nothing was too much trouble for Jermone and he really helped us when my child was unwell. We hope to comeback one day. My children were very sad to leave.
