  • Perfect location for a visit to Cannes

    Comfortable, fully equipped apartment with essential shops almost on-site. Cannes centre is easily reached either on foot or by bus. The Croisette (the famous sea-front promenade) is only five minutes walk and is currently being re-developed. As the bus stops right outside the apartment block, we hardly used the car at all. Although the apartment is on the fourth floor, there is a lift so no problems with bags. Isabelle, the owner, was extremely helpful and answered all our queries very quickly.

    My wife, myself and two friends shared this apartment at the beginning of September 2018, and we all really enjoyed our stay. Its position in the centre of Cannes is perfect, no sea views but only a few mins walk from the sea, beaches and the harbour from which the ferries regularly leave for the two Lerins islands and St Tropez. Also a few minutes walk away are supermarkets, outdoor markets, and many restaurants. The main railway and bus stations are about 10 minutes walk away with regular services to other resorts,eg. Antibes, Nice, Monaco, Menton and across the Italian border. The apartment which is on the 3rd floor but serviced by an excellent modern lift is very quiet notwithstanding its central position, and includes a south facing balcony where all four of us could enjoyably sit and eat outside overlooking the Grand Hotel. This is a very comfortable apartment, ideally situated, and owned by Helen who was easily contactable and couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable, along with Valerie who was there to welcome us on our arrival.
