Lovely accommodation and perfect hosts!

5 of 5
Just returned from a lovely 4 night stay, perfect hosts. We explored this beautiful area of France - visited Arles and the flamingos of the Camargue. As well as l'isle sur la sourge market and Avignon. All within an easy 1hrs drive. Accommodation itself if brilliant, perfectly clean and modern. Comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen and lovely shower. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in this area.

Amazing Character Home

5 of 5
What a complete miracle and blessing to find this home. An amazing find - this character home has so much history- it's unlike anything you will find to rent. We were traveling with our two adult kids and we all had our own rooms - so much space to spread out we'd get lost inside! This is NOT a tourist town - this is a regular town filled with local French people who were a bit amused to see the American tourists. Also a complete lifestyle change after being in Paris for a week. Church chimes! Swallows! Narrow, cobblestone streets! Yvette was wonderful to work with and we somehow managed to understand each other! I'd love to return for a longer and visit even more places around Provence. We rented a car and day-tripped to Nice, Arles, the wine country, Marseille, Gordes, L'Isle sue la Sorgue and Avignon. Would go back in a minute!

Beautiful, spacious, old villa full of charm and character

5 of 5
Absolutely loved this place, all 16 of us had the best time ever. The location was perfect, 10 minute drive to nearest village with plenty of shops and a large supermarket and the Sunday market was fantastic. There is also a vinyard on the doorstep selling lovely wines. So much to explore nearby, Chatau de Boux a must!!! And only 40 minutes away. The villa itself was perfect, plenty of space, and enough seating for everyone to sit around the tables. Dining on the terrace every evening was fantastic even though the ants were a nuisance. The rooms were cool even without air con and most had a fan, the temperature outside was in the 90's! The beds were very comfy and bathrooms lovely and modern, toilet paper provided throughout our stay. The kitchen was well equipped although some of the cupboards could have done with a sort out and there were lots of cobwebs around the place. (This all added to the French experience for us, after all the Olive oil mill is dated back to 1700's) The large swimming pool was cleaned every day and there were plenty of sun beds and loungers for everyone. There was plenty of shaded areas too. The housekeeper Houria was lovely and very helpful and sad to see us leave. Overall we would highly recommend this lovely place. We didn't want to leave and hope we can return one day.
