This great property will not disappoint, its compact and yet has been carefully designed to include everything you need. It has been renovated to an exceptionally high standard and is spotlessly clean. You have all the necessary items to cook in the high-end kitchen. Sky tv is available should you want it, comfy sofa from which to watch it and a convenient dining or study area. Outside a gas BBQ and seating area directly in front of the accommodation and the heated pool in front of the main house but solely for guest use. Gorgeous rolling countryside views, peace and tranquillity abounds. The welcome pack was vast and very much appreciated. The highlight of my stay was meeting Pam and Paul, a nicer couple one could not wish to meet, I was made to feel truly welcome and included in their social activities including a day out to see the Tour de France and the Bastille celebrations. I feel a genuine friendship and will definitely return at some point in the not too distant future. Thank you both so much, it was a lot of fun!!
The location, although peaceful and quiet with lots of opportunities for walks, was very close to the village and it's facilities (4 bars and restaurants, bakery, bank). The supermarket (Carrefoure) is well stocked including fresh meat and veg and open long hours so need to stop en route from airport.
The house is clean and well maintained with all the equipment you will need - the information on the website is very accurate with recent photos. We never tired of the ever changing view - shame the sunflowers had been harvested though.
We enjoyed visiting the local picturesque villages especially Marciac and the market at Eauze on Thursday. We even made it up the 197 steps to the top of the tower in Bassous! Larresingle is worth a visit too although it is very small.
Would thoroughly recommend to anyone who wants a quiet and restful holiday.
