Beautiful house and a really relaxing stay

5 of 5
We loved our time here. The house is lovely, it has everything you need and being right on the beach is amazing. We had some lovely sunsets. We are a family of 2 adults and 4 kids ranging from 15 down to 2. There really was something for us all, from pony rides and karting to the older ones just having the freedom to use the cycle paths and go grab a pancake in the evening. We used the BBQ and ate in most of the time, it was really just like home. Thanks so much, we will definitely be back.

Lovely house, great for children

5 of 5
Truly this is a lovely little house, and it would be great for just about anyone, not only families. Our 5 years old son ADORED it-his room was a heaven of bunk beds and toys and he wasn't bored for one second (of the little time we spent in-Normandy is gorgeous and worth exploring). The house is fully equipped, perfectly clean, extremely comfortable and well located (5 minutes walk from a quaint square with bakeries, a restaurant, a pizza place, a post office) in a quiet neighbourhood very close to everything (not really walking distance to the beach with small children but doable otherwise). The owners have been extremely helpful, nearby if needed in a pinch but otherwise unobtrusive and overall very nice. We loved the space, the convenience (although including bedsheets and bath towels in the package, for a fee of course, would make sense for international travellers), the shutters which allowed us perfect sleep, the modern look-we pretty much had a perfect holiday. A big thank you to the Baur family and we couldn't recommend the house more.
