Fantastic Gite

5 of 5
We had the most relaxing time and wonderful warm welcome by our host Murielle. We stayed here over New Year and had the most wonderful time. Omiecourt is a lovely quiet village and well placed to access plenty of tourist attractions etc. The Gite is beautiful, the pictures online don't do it justice. The log fire was amazing, and my husband I spent every night in front of the fire with a glass of wine. The Gite was perfect, warm and comfortable and a fabulous, very well equipped kitchen to cook in. We have a 7 month old baby and Murielle made sure we had everything we needed for him. There was a playpen in the living room which really made all the difference to our holiday. We could not have been made more welcome, and there were some Christmas decorations put up to help us continue the festivities, as we arrived here just after Christmas day. Can't wait to return. Would definitely recommend this Gite and would say you could stay here anytime of the year. Fabulous place. Thank you Murielle for providing us with such a warm and welcoming and safe space to have our little winter holiday. Hope to see you soon!

Lovely little cottage by the canal

5 of 5
I had a really nice stay at the cottage. Dominique and Didier could not have been more helpful giving advice on the canal and permits for fishing. The facilities were really great and included all the things for a comfortable stay including induction hob, compact grill / oven and microwave. Clean and tidy throughout. The local area is beautiful and quiet with water everywhere for fishing. I would certainly recommend this as an escape from the hustle and bustle and chance to get away. John
