Well equipped, spacious and comfortable.

4 of 5
This is a lovely house, well equipped and with plenty of room. The two East facing balconies catch the sun-rise but are shaded later on when the day gets hot. The house is located in a quiet and attractive residential area although traffic on the main road out of Bastia can be heard. It is an easy drive from Bastia airport, in particular due to the road tunnel that goes under the centre of Bastia! A good selection of shops, including a large supermarket, and cafés are just a few minutes walk away and there are plenty of restaurants in the lovely old town which is about a 20 minute walk. There are also a few restaurants in the Port de Toga marina to make a change from walking into the old town. Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend this property to anyone wanting to explore Bastia, Cap Corse and the North of Corsica.

Such a chic villa with outstandingly stunning views!

5 of 5
I cannot find enough superlatives to describe this beautiful villa....the interior is very tastefully decorated and equipped in delightful French chic style and the views are breathtaking of the Cap Corse, bay of St Florent and the Desert des Agriates.....you will never want to take your eyes away from these stunning views. The situation of the pool allows you to swim and take in the views as well! The villa is well equipped and has everything you would need for a wonderful holiday.....even a teapot!! The local manager was helpful, informative and friendly and we arranged with her to do some shopping for our arrival.....which was a great help. The owner has also been quite delightful and very helpful too. We have certainly fallen in love with this villa and considered not leaving at the end of our holiday. St Florent was delightful....full of a range of wonderful restaurants, cafes, ice creams and people watching opportunities....as well as the super cruisers! Oh my word what a lovely place....I am very sure we will return both to St Florent and Nids des Merles....we just felt so much at home. If you like peace and quiet, gourmet food, outstanding views and watching black kite birds....then don't hesitate...go to this villa and ENJOY!

Amazing Villa!

5 of 5
A stylish and modern villa that felt like it was home from home. It had lots of mod cons including wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, LED TVs, USB ports, electric shutter blinds that made our stay extra special. The outside area and pool were lovely and well maintained by the owners. Furthermore, safety and security is paramount to the owners and there are cameras and an electric security gate which was an added bonus as we have two young children, although this is not a major issue due a calm and quiet location. The villa is situated in a beautiful rural location that has scenic views of the mountains and nearby vineyards. It is an ideal base for exploring the island, if you are well organised and get up early enough, you can visit attractions in the south of the island too. The Valery family are very friendly and hospitable and will ensure they will do their best to help you with anything during your stay. Thank you again, it was a pleasure to stay in your amazing villa and we hope to come back in the future,
