The property is beautifully situated at the edge of the village of Martel.

The gite has everything you'll need to enjoy your stay. A car is a necessity as there is no transit in the village, and you will want to tour the nearby villages of Carennac and Rocamadour. Madame Diane is a gracious host.

Gerard and Danielle were the perfect hosts. They gave us a wonderful welcome to their amazing home. The Gite was perfect with absolutely everything you could possibly need for your stay. The pool area was stunning and with a lovely patio to relax in the sunshine. Beautiful gardens with lots of little quiet areas to relax. We would highly recommend this gite to anyone who craves a quiet holiday with so many beautiful places to visit.

Great location within an easy walk of a beautiful Medieval village.

We had a very comfortable stay, the kitchen had everything we could possibly need for self catering, except perhaps for a sharp knife. The bed was comfy, there was loads of space in the house and in the garden. We loved the fact that it was so central to so many wonderful places to visit, restaurants, markets, etc. Loved the village. Had a superb meal at Saveurs des Halles. Inquiries were responded to promptly by the owners. Only downside was that the house was situated on a very busy and noisy road. Nevertheless we would definitely recommend this property. Thank you for a lovely stay!
