  • An excellent base from which to explore Nice
    5 of 5

We very much enjoyed our recent stay at at Jean-Christophe Bouletreau Nice and we would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone who was wanting to explore Nice using this peaceful and relaxing setting as their base.Nothing was too much trouble for our wonderful hosts who were attentive to all of our needs. The apartment is only a short drive from the airport and the center of town is easily accessible by bus. New visitors to Nice should be aware that parking in the center of town is a nightmare & either public transport or taxis should be considered. Despite the steep drive to the location, a real bonus was the secure parking that comes with the apartment. Of note to any visitors with any mobility problems: the apartment is easily accessible, however the pool can only be accessed via some steep stairs and there was no hand rail by the pool to allow easy entry and exit.

  • Great Location. Well appointed apartment in the Old Town.
    5 of 5

This was our third time to stay at this great apartment in the Old Town of Nice. As usual Alan was waiting for us on arrival even though we were delayed arriving due to flight problems by about 6 hours. He carefully explained all the details of the apt. including recommendations for great restaurants, answered any questions and left us to settle in making sure that we knew how to reach him if a problem occurred. The apartment has everything you could need for a short or a long stay in the area. It is close to the beach, la Cours Saleya for fresh vegetables and the buses and trains for access to Antibes, Monaco, Cannes, St. Paul de Vence, Eze , Tourettes sur Lou and Villefranche. We visited all of them during our stay with ease. I think if you hope to get to see a lot of the south of France during a stay in Nice, then this is the location and apartment for you.
