Jenny was the ideal host - on arrival especially despite us being late (late flight!) Explained everything especially in English. Studio apartment was everything we needed and with the locked parking immediately opposite it was perfect. Local village stores all you need on a daily basis and the Bistro on the river just around the corner. Plenty to see in the area especially evening walks by the river.

Lovely light filled house with safe enclosed garden and heated pool

Lovely house with a stone floor and flooded with light. We loved the open plan room which meant cooks are not shut away. The two huge linen covered sofas in the main living area are very comfortable and we found that the simplicity and unfussiness of the room made this a great space, really relaxing. The two front bedrooms are on the left of the house and have large windows. A third ground floor bedroom looks onto the rear of the property and has an ordinary window. Upstairs is the gym and a sofa bed/extra bedroom. We found everything we needed. A big american fridge freezer, lots of dishes, storage space and a generous welcome pack with not only wines and soft drinks but herbs and spices too. We got a great welcome to the house and the only time we needed help it came instantly. You could not ask for a better response.. The garden is completely enclosed and the pool is separated from the main garden by the wall you can see in the pictures. It was kept at a pleasant 26 degrees and cared for weekly ,as was the garden. It is worth noting that there is a road runs alongside the house hidden from view by the wall, after a couple of days we no longer noticed it perhaps seduced by the house and garden. Uzes is close and easy to reach and there are lots of places to visit if you are so inclined. Uzes market is legendary there are great restaurants nearby or just chill and enjoy this lovely house.
