Wonderful stay in stylish villa

5 of 5
Six adults and four small children stayed in June/ July 2017 and had a wonderful stay in this very nice villa. The pool and outside area is spacious and nice with great views. The kitchen is well equipped and the living room and bed rooms are nicely furnished. Algajola is a small and charming village 5 mins walk from the house. The only negative thing about the house for us was the very steep stairs to the 1st floor, as they were a bit scary for the smallest children. But this turned out to be a smaller problem than first feared. Would definetively recommend the villa and Algajola as a destination.

Stunning views, stylish home, peaceful location

5 of 5
We loved our stay here. We spent hours sitting on the terrace soaking up the views which, whether in morning sunlight, by sunset or moonlight, or in a spectacular storm, were endlessly absorbing. The walks and river swims in the Asco gorge nearby were fabulous, as were the trips further afield to St Florent, and the Restonica and Tavignano gorges. Chris and Jean-Charles are warm and helpful hosts, and they should be immensely proud of this beautifully constructed and stylishly decorated idyll that they have created from bare stones. Chapeau!
