A very relaxing time

5 of 5
My wife and I stayed at the property for 11 days at the end of August 2018. To say it was peaceful and relaxing is an understatement. The property is very well and extensively equipped. The finishes are high and the space available is very big for two people. The garden is very lovely and the shade of the tree was welcoming at times. We both would have no hesitation in recommending the gite for a relaxing time in a very lovely part of France. It is very close to Rochefort en Terre, there are supermarkets at Malansac and Malestroit which are both very good. It is about 30 minutes from Damgan which has a remarkable beach. Yves is a very good host and explains everything to you at the start.

Beautiful house, fabulous holiday.

5 of 5
We had a wonderful week in this house with our 2 children aged 7and 3 and would thoroughly recommend it. The house was clean, well equipped and we were greeted by friendly neighbours and Mary and Kev who look after the house and supplied us with lots of local information and pastries! Inside the house is spacious, comfortable, and well decorated and furnished. Outside there is a spacious patio area with plenty of seating and a gas powered barbeque, and a large lawn area which provided plenty of space for our children to run around, play tennis, football and spot lizards! The beautiful village of Rochefort en terre is less than 10 minutes away with lovely gift shops, places to eat and architecture to look at. Five minutes away is the small Lake, Moulin Neuf, with a small beach, zip wire and boats and bikes for hire. Beaches are around 30 minutes drive and there are numerous other towns and villages near by. We would thoroughly recommend this property.
